Our candles are carefully hand poured in small batches to ensure the highest quality and attention to detail. We use a blend of 95% soy wax and 5% beeswax, chosen for its clean burn and long-lasting fragrance dispersion. This combination not only enhances the scent throw but also supports sustainable practices.

Candle Care Instructions:

  1. First Burn: When lighting your candle for the first time, allow it to burn until the wax pool melts all the way to the edge of the container. This ensures an even burn and prevents tunneling.

  2. Trim the Wick: Before each lighting, trim the wick to about 1/4 inch to promote a clean and steady flame. This helps prevent smoking and ensures the candle burns evenly.

  3. Avoid Drafts: We advise removing botanicals and dried fruit from the candle surface to help avoid items catching on fire. Place your candle on a stable, heat-resistant surface away from drafts, vents, or flammable objects. Drafts can cause uneven burning and excessive smoking.

  4. Burn Time: Do not burn your candle for more than 4 hours at a time. This helps maintain the quality of the fragrance and prevents overheating of the container.

  5. Extinguish Safely: Use a snuffer or gently blow out the flame to extinguish the candle. Avoid dipping the wick into the melted wax, as this can cause smoking or difficulty in relighting.

  6. Storage: Store your candle in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight or intense temperatures. This helps preserve the quality and scent of the candle.
